Philip graduated with a bachelor of Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1973… He began working at his first real estate office in September of 1993 for Sandy R. Real Estate in Roslyn, NY for about one year. Then he moved to Great Neck, in Long Island and started working for a Century 21 office for another year. He took all the advanced Century 21 and Century 21 Plus courses and absorbed the information like a sponge. Philip later moved on to become a licensed Real Estate Broker after one and a half years at Century 21. He moved on to Turn Key Realty LLC at 7 bond street in Great Neck, NY, and in June of 1998, he bought the company, and subsequently changed the name to Turn Key Real Estate, and received his GRI designation after completing 90 hours of additional Continuing Education credit over 5 years.
Over the years, Philip has completed a multitude of ethics, financial and mortgage, computer technology, customer relations, and business efficiency enhancing courses. All while running and building his Long Island office.
Phil’s greatest attributes, as proven by his multitude of closings over the years, are honesty, integrity, and an excellent grasp of the Real Estate. He knows how to put a deal together and complete it, from start to finish, leaving no stones unturned. In his career as a broker for Turn Key Real Estate, he has completed hundreds of real estate transactions, and developed an excellent referral base of happy sellers and buyers.
