Phil A Raices is the owner of Turn Key Real Estate, located only a half a block from the Great Neck L.I.R.R. station, so if you don't have a car, it is still a very easy commute. He believes in investing in human capital, meaning, his work staff and sales professionals. Very few independently owned real estate agencies spend, not only on his staff, but reinvest in his community, its people, and the environment. I was fortunate enough to attend a chamber of commerce meeting, where he was the guest speaker. He held my interest for the entire hour, engaging us in not only the subject matter, but stopping to answer each and every question, without missing a beat.
