Phil A Raices, of Turn Key Real Estate, is the best realtor I have ever met and with whom I have had the pleasure to work. Phil sold my parents' house back in 1996, when no other realtor would touch it. He came in and helped them clean up the house, got it ready for showing, gave emotional support, and sold their house. When it came time to sell my house in 2014, (knowing how terrific Phil was, but being swayed by friends who said to go with a realtor who had a great closing record)) went with the other realtor. What a mistake! She did anything but sell my house for me, she didn't give me great advice, and when I realized she wasn't working for me, I switched to Phil Raices. What a smart move on my part, albeit a little later than it should've been. Phil came in, priced my house at the correct amount, gave me the emotional support I certainly needed by then, and sold my house! I'm just sorry I didn't have him sell my house in the first place, because it certainly would have sold months before it did. All I can say...

Phil is hands down the best broker in Great Neck and the surrounding areas. He helped me find and purchase my home in Great Neck in 2014. Phil A Raices is the owner of Turn Key Real Estate, located only a half a block from the Great Neck L.I.R.R. station, so if you don't have a car, it is still a very easy commute. He believes in investing in human capital, meaning, his work staff and sales professionals. Very few independently owned real estate agencies spend, not only on his staff, but reinvest in his community, its people, and the environment. I was fortunate enough to attend a chamber of commerce meeting, where he was the guest speaker. He held my interest for the entire hour, engaging us in not only the subject matter, but stopping to answer each and every question, without missing a beat. Phil helped purchasing my home recently in New Hyde Park, Long Island. I had some doubts initially whether he can represent a buyer truly when he himself represents numerous sellers at the same time. He had patiently shown me numerous houses with no pressure at any point in choosing a particular house. He made me understood pros and cons of neighborhoods in terms of schooling and other services etc. His biggest strength is his local expertise and his strong network with the local community. Needless to say about his never ending list of good referrals for various home related services (thanks for referring a good plumber recently!). Overall it has been a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend him for folks buying homes in and around Long Island!
