Just wanted to say a big thank you for listening to my situation. I reached out to you because I have always been a fan of your weekly column for a long time. As a colleague I appreciate and admire your knowledge and forthrightness as it was much appreciated this morning. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness in helping me feel more in control of a situation that is quite important to me.
I can only say that in life’s journey one is lucky to meet people who are like themselves in in character ( a good citizen, a kind and helpful human being) and you demonstrated having good character. Above all knowledgeable and experienced in having real estate acumen and the desire to share their expertise.
I shall spread this information of your good nature and ‘smarts’ to my neighbors who are interested in selling and buying because you are really honest!
