He also demonstrated that during the showings. Even though it was his first time seeing the unit, he could walk us through the details, including the material, structure, layout, facing and utility installations.
Phil is also very patient and responsive to inquiries. We sometimes came up with conversations that went back and forth late in the night or last minute asks on scheduling visits, Phil was always there and able to get things sorted out as much as possible.
Phil is honest and reliable. He gave honest opinions to help you make good decisions, even though his opinions sometimes went against his own benefits. You could also from time to time, through his reactions and opinions, learn that he holds high integrity both as an agent and as a person.
Moreover, Phil provided us extra services beyond the typical responsibility of a real estate agent. Such as giving us a ride on an hour-long tour in the area, suggesting us strategies on real estate investments, and teaching us useful knowledge about the business.
